The 2012 U.S. Long Haul Wholesale Carrier awards will honor wholesale service providers for Best In Class performance six operational categories, as well as overall voice value and data value. The awards are based on data for the 2012 ATLANTIC-ACM U.S. Long Haul Wholesale Carrier Report Card.  The annual Long Haul Carrier Report Card is an industry-wide study that gathers feedback directly from wholesale customer, who rate the carriers they work with in a number of key service and product categories. Since 1995, the ATLANTIC-ACM Report Card series has been the telecom industry’s principal benchmark of carrier performance evaluation.
