Join us for the COMPTEL PLUS Fall 2012 Golf Tournament at the Cowboys Golf Club, an award-winning course is situated on 159 acres in Dallas. The world’s first NFL-themed golf course, the Cowboys Golf Club features a large practice range and a star-shaped putting green. Some of the accolades, the Cowboys Golf Club has received include:

REGISTRATION
You must be registered for the COMPTEL PLUS Fall 2012 Convention to participate in this tournament.  Golf registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis. 
In order to secure your tournament tee time, you must fill out the entire golf registration form . Incomplete registration forms will not be considered. If you do not have a verifiable handicap, please compute an honest average handicap. Tournament management reserves the right to adjust non-verified handicaps in the interest of fairness and any adjustments made are final.

ENTRY FEE
Entry fee is $155 per person. The entry fee includes greens fees and cart, coffee and breakfast, lunch and prizes. Rental clubs are available for an additional fee.

TEE TIMES
7 a.m. - Registration and Breakfast
8 a.m. - Shotgun Start

DRESS CODE
Collared shirts, long pants or walking shorts and golf shoes with soft spikes are required.

RULES
The tournament will be a team scramble. The lowest total wins.

• Closest to the Pin – Two Winners
• Men’s Longest Drive
• Women’s Longest Drive
• First- and Second-Place teams

TRANSPORTATION
COMPTEL will provide a shuttle from the Gaylord Texan to the Cowboys Golf Club.
